The project called Sugarhouse Modern was featured in Utah Style and Design Magazine for its unique perspective on colloquial style. We enjoyed working with the energetic couple with roots from Bountiful and Cuba. A diverse combination revealed throughout the interiors of the Douglas Street home. The best projects come from well meshed teams and ours was no exception for the Sugarhouse Modern, Douglas Street house. This project was awarded the Chrysalis award for renovations over $1 Million, 2010 Whole House Renovation.
Iroquios House was an absolute joy to work on and the team, Magleby Construction and architect John Shirley, built a beautiful home for our client. Our client asked for a retreat from the big city of Beijing. The interior designer, H&H Design, worked with the owner who collects artifacts from China to incorporate into the design and develop a sense of place for the owner.
“We aim to develop warm, inviting spaces that feel like your home the first moment you see it,” says Hobbs. “While countless design options and combinations are available to many today, what’s most vital to H&H is that our clients love the end result. We work together in conceptualizing and executing customized living spaces that make residents—and their guests—happy at home!”
With such extensive industry experience, Hobbs now instinctively differentiates between ephemeral fads that quickly age and timeless style that maintains a classic appeal—a skill that has served her clients, who savor modern, refined design.
